Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages PatchWerks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
